Elite stacking chair is an excellent, mid-level high density stacking chair with upholstered seat and back.  The skid-base frame is both lightweight and incredibly strong, creating a chair that is easy to handle and which doesn’t mind being bashed about a bit (which can happen with stacking chairs).

Since producing the chair, feedback has consistently indicated that sales are generated in two key areas:

1. Customers who might have specified folding chairs, choose Urban chair
2. Customers who might have specified a banquet chair are more likely to specify Urban chair

End users typically imagine that folding chairs save space – it’s a reasonable theory, however it’s never really been true.  Our Coronet, Royal and Poly chair ranges often save more space than folding chairs, stacking only 10-12 high.

Urban chair is much lighter than traditional banquet chairs.  We save around 2.5kg with Urban steel frame, which really adds up when you have 20-25 chairs on a trolley.

We have found that banquet chair sales have suitably reduced to those users who require a certain aesthetic, such as wedding venues.  For general / multi-purpose applications, Urban is the clear winner.
