For fully Government-funded organisations, Local Authorities, Schools, Academies, Colleges and Universities we can open an immediate account for payment in 30 days of invoice date. For all other organisations your order should include payment by cheque, Switch or Mastercard/Visa.

Morley's of Bicester Limited sells to educational establishments, the public sector and other businesses. We are unable to sell our products to private individuals. Sorry!

Order Acknowledgement

An email Order Acknowledgement will be sent to the contact email address. Please check that all details are correct and telephone us immediately if you have any queries. For Made-to-Order upholstery items a fabric swatch will be attached to a copy of the Order Acknowledgement and sent to the delivery address, please ensure it is the correct colour.

Delivery Costs

All orders over £500 excluding VAT are delivered FREE on the UK mainland. For orders under £500 excluding VAT we make a nominal delivery charge per order - see below. Deliveries to Northern Ireland and offshore islands will be charged separately. We may part-deliver your order. Ground floor deliveries only. For more information please telephone 01869 320 320.

Fuel Surcharge

Since we printed the 2008/09 catalogues over the period January to March this year there has been an average 18% increase of diesel pump prices and as you know it is set to rise yet further. The average pump diesel price then was £1.09/L and now in mid June the average price is £1.30/L and rising. We calculated our delivery costs at the lower diesel pump prices and we were not expecting increases of this size. We have absorbed the increase over the past few months but we now need to increase the delivery charge for orders below the free delivery level (please see costs above). We regret having to impose these SURCHARGES mid-catalogue but the magnitude of the increases has given us no option, in common with most other educational furniture suppliers. We have expressed the increases as a 'surcharge' rather than delivery increases because should diesel prices decrease we will lower our delivery charges too.

No Quibble Guarantee

All our products have a structural guarantee for a year in normal use, and some products have a longer guarantee (shown). If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will replace it, or refund your money. (This does not apply to Made-to-Order items - see below.)
If you wish to return stocked goods ordered incorrectly, a restocking charge of 25% of their value will be made plus carriage of £35.00 + VAT. The goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging

Made-to-Order Items

Many products are manufactured specifically for a customer's order. These are stated made to 'order' in the product description. We can only accept these goods back if they are faulty, and not for any other reason. All upholstery fabrics are Medium Hazard to Ignition Source 5 level.

Delivery Time

When your order contains products with different delivery times, we will collate your order and deliver your complete order against the product with the longest delivery time, unless you request or we advise differently.
However, during July to September, delivery times will increase (we will advise you). We urge you to order early giving details if you require your order for a specific date.
Delivery of orders to Northern Ireland and off shore islands may take longer than indicated in the catalogue - we will advise you.

Prices

All prices shown exclude VAT, are correct at date of printing and are valid until 31st March 2009. Whilst we will endeavour to maintain catalogue prices, if there are excessive raw material cost increases beyond our control, we may need to review certain prices.

Catalogue Price Surcharges - June 2008

When we printed the 2008/09 Catalogues we had planned for all prices to remain valid until 31st March 2009. As you may know, since January this year there have been excessive increases in some raw material costs, such as steel and oil based products, together with a significant weakening of the £ against the € exchange rate. So far we have absorbed these cost increases, but unfortunately we now have no alternative but to reflect these increases with a price surcharge on some of our products. If this situation changes we will immediately reverse this surcharge.

Not all products have been affected, and therefore these prices remain unchanged.
